This flat has two rooms, kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet. The entire house is protected as historically important, it was built 1697-1705 as a post office. From year 1809 it was home to the print-house where Estonia’s first newspaper in Estonian language was printed.

Korteris on kaks tuba, köök ning eraldi WC ning vannituba. Maja on muinsuskaitse all, see ehitati aastatel 1697-1705, algselt asus seal postkontor. Hiljem (1809) paiknes majas trükikoda, kus 1875-1885 trükiti esimest eestikeelset ajalehte.
